Overview: User Management
User Management is your central hub in Broker Buddha AI for controlling who has access to your organization's account, what products they can use, and how their sessions are tracked. From a single screen, Account Owners, Billing Managers, and authorized admins can invite teammates, assign product licenses, review access requests, audit activity, and manage sign-in sessions across the organization.
🧭 How to Access User Management
User Management lives inside your account Settings. To get there:
- From the left-hand navigation, click Settings.
- In the Settings sidebar, select Users.
- The User Management screen will open to the Users tab by default.
Once on the page, you'll see seven tabs across the top — each corresponds to a specific area of user, access, and session management.

👤 Users
The main directory of everyone in your organization. View each teammate's role, status (Active or Disabled), products assigned, and creation date. Search by name or email, filter by status, and open actions to invite, edit, or disable users. ➡️ See: How to Add & Invite Users and How to Disable a User.
📦 Products
Shows every Broker Buddha product your organization has access to, along with license count, trial period, and who started the trial. Review product-specific settings and assigned users from here. ➡️ See: Managing User Product Access.
🔑 Access Requests
Review and approve (or deny) pending requests from users who want to join your organization. Recently processed requests are listed below for quick reference. ➡️ See: How to Handle Access Requests.
📜 History
A complete audit log of user management activity — invitations, role changes, access request approvals, and more. Each entry shows Actor, Action, Context, Details, and Date. ➡️ See: Viewing User Management History.
🟢 Active Sessions
Every sign-in session currently active across your organization. View user, device, session ID, status, location, last-active time, expiration, and log out any session as needed. ➡️ See: Monitoring Active Sessions (All Users).
🕓 Session History
A record of all terminated and expired sessions across the organization — useful for security reviews and troubleshooting. ➡️ See: Viewing Session History.
👤 My Sessions
A personal view showing only your own active sessions and session history. Log out of your own devices here. ➡️ See: Managing Your Own Sessions (My Sessions).
🛡️ User Roles
Broker Buddha uses three roles that determine what each teammate can do on the platform: User, Billing Manager, and Account Owner.
- 👤 User — Can access the products assigned to them. Cannot create users, change roles, assign licenses, manage billing, or access the full organization.
- 💳 Billing Manager — Everything a User can do, plus creating users, changing roles, assigning/removing product licenses, managing billing and subscriptions, and updating the credit card on file. Does not have full organization access.
- 👑 Account Owner — Every Billing Manager capability plus full organization access. The highest permission level in Broker Buddha.

⚡ Quick Action: Manage Users & Products
On the Users and Products tabs you'll see a Manage Users & Products button in the upper right. This opens a unified workspace for bulk-assigning licenses and product access — a faster alternative to editing users one at a time.
