Managing Billing & Payment

Account Owners and Billing Managers can manage subscriptions, licenses, and payment methods from the Billing & Payment tab in Settings.

This page provides a full overview of your active products, pricing, billing status, and payment controls.


๐Ÿงญ Accessing Billing & Payment

  1. Click the Settings โš™๏ธ icon (bottom-left corner)
  2. Select Billing & Payment


๐Ÿ“‹ Subscription Overview

The top section displays:

  • Legal Name
  • Subscription Start Date
  • Last Billing Date
  • Next Billing Date
  • Stripe Subscription ID
  • BB AI Subscription ID

This provides a high-level view of your accountโ€™s billing status.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Products & Licenses

The Products and Licenses table shows:

  • Product name
  • Number of licenses (seats)
  • Status (Active, Trial, or To be canceled at period end)
  • Price per license
  • Monthly total per product
  • Total monthly amount

Status indicators help you understand:

  • ๐Ÿ”ด To be canceled at period end โ€“ Access continues until the end of the billing cycle
  • โšซ Active โ€“ Currently billed and active
  • ๐ŸŸก Trial โ€“ Trial period in progress

License counts are adjusted through:

๐Ÿ’ณ Billing Portal

The Billing Portal allows you to:

  • View payment history
  • Update payment methods
  • Manage subscriptions
  • Download invoices

Click Open Billing Portal to securely access your billing account.

All payment updates and invoice downloads are handled through this secure portal.



๐Ÿ” Canceling Subscriptions

If you need to cancel subscriptions:

  1. Click Cancel All Subscriptions
  2. Confirm cancellation

Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

After the billing cycle ends:

  • Products will no longer be active
  • Licenses will be removed

๐Ÿ—‘ Deleting Your Account

You may permanently delete your account from this page.

โš ๏ธ Deleting your account will:

  • Cancel all subscriptions
  • Remove access to all products
  • Permanently close your organization account

This action cannot be undone.

Only:

  • ๐Ÿ‘‘ Account Owners
  • ๐Ÿ’ณ Billing Managers

can access and manage billing settings.

Standard Users do not have access to this page.

  • Review license counts regularly
  • Monitor product status indicators
  • Keep your payment method up to date
  • Download invoices for accounting records
  • Confirm cancellation timing before billing period ends
