How to Change Your BB AI Assistant
You can personalize your BB AI experience by choosing which AI persona you’d like to interact with inside the platform.
The available assistants — Rachel, Grant, and Charlie — are AI personalities inspired by real backgrounds within Broker Buddha.
They are not real people, and the AI Assistant is never visible to insureds completing forms.
⚙️ How to Change Your AI Assistant
1️⃣ Log in to BB AI
Go to: https://bb2.ai/en/signin
2️⃣ Open Your Profile
- In the bottom-left corner, click your profile icon
- Select Profile
3️⃣ Go to the AI Assistant Page
Click AI Assistant in the left-hand menu.
You’ll see the three available assistant personas:
👩💼 Rachel
Broker Buddha’s first employee who genuinely enjoys taking care of customers.
Warm, thoughtful, and service-oriented.
🧳 Grant
Tech-savvy Australian who loves to travel and knows the platform inside and out.
Clear, structured, and efficient.
⚽️ Charlie
Professional soccer player turned seeker of insurance enlightenment.
Direct, confident, and fast.
4️⃣ Preview an Assistant (Optional)
Click Meet Rachel, Meet Grant, or Meet Charlie to read a short introduction before choosing.
5️⃣ Select Your Assistant
Click the persona you prefer, then click:
- Update to Rachel
- Update to Grant
- Update to Charlie
Your assistant changes immediately.
💡 Notes
- Each user can choose their own assistant.
- You can switch between assistants at any time.
- The AI Assistant is not visible to insured users.
